As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. You'll play a key role in fostering a welcoming and secure environment, working as part of a reliable and innovative team that values integrity and puts people first.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents as required by site procedures. Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as directed. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
