Present and demonstrate top-tier solar solutions Achieve sales targets and maximize commission-based earnings Travel required to different areas. Uncapped commissions – your earnings depend on your results Top first-year rep in 2024 made over $90,000 Elite reps can earn deep into six figures Average reps make $6,000–$10,000+ per month Paid training – no prior sales experience necessary Motivated, goal-oriented individuals Energetic and persistent with strong communication skills Ability to thrive in a high-energy, commission-based environment Must be able to pass a background check (required by the cities we work in)
