Job Title : Mechanic II

Location : Jacksonville FL - onsite

Shift : Thursday - Sunday Nightshift

Purpose of Role

This position will support the FC by performing maintenance work on the conveyor system robotics and related equipment. Maintenance involves but is not limited to the following trades : electrical mechanical welding / metal fabrication and PIT repair. Position also involves equipment installation and repair generation of reports inventory of maintenance / facility parts.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in mechanical engineering to

• Maintain and / or replace conveyor V-belts gear boxes and motor controls (drive cards)
• Test maintain install repair calibrate equipment (sorters conveyor lifts box sizers PIT etc.)
• Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM)
• Perform Breakdown Analysis utilize PLC
• Perform daily equipment walkthrough
• Read Schematics
• Conduct electromechanics robotics and mechanical troubleshooting
• Assist maintenance team as needed
