Position Responsibilities : What Does Someone in This Role Actually Do?

This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional, courteous manner
• Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Use internal systems to manage accounts and process transactions
• Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
• Adhere to scripts, policies, and compliance standards
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
• Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
• Meet attendance and scheduling requirements for the evening shift

Physical Requirements : This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
