STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Staff Accountant needed for a large, busy and growing property management company in the Roseville area. Main Responsibilities :

Input journal entries

Analysis of all general ledger accounts; determine and verify correct postings

Preparation of financial statements and general reporting

Prepare bank deposits and reconciliation of credit card accounts

Budget preparation and analysis

Preparation and participation with annual audits

Accounts payable

Year end close with balance sheet reconciliation

Maintain tracking logs and contracts

Advanced communications

Extensive follow-up

The ideal candidate will have Affordable Housing experience, Timberline software and MS Excel.

Requirements :

A minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience and a two-year degree

Strong analytical and administrative skills

Ability to work within a team environment

Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines

Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and problem solving

Pay Rate $28 to $30 per hour

Must be able to clear a thorough drug and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA. River City Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
