Job Summary:

McDonald's Crew Members provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while creating a welcoming experience for every guest. This role emphasizes hospitality-making customers feel valued, comfortable, and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet every guest with a smile and positive attitude

Take orders accurately and handle payments efficiently

Prepare and serve food that meets McDonald's quality and safety standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining and work area

Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care

Work as part of a team to deliver quick, high-quality service
