Job Title : Assembler

Location : Tempe, AZ

Duration : 12+ Months (Temp to Permanent)

Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hr. To $19.50 / Hr. On W2

Shift : Compressed Shift 1B (Thu, Fri, Sat and e / o Wed 5am - 5pm)

Job Description :

• Ability to wear required PPE to fulfill shift duties : smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to clearly read and write in English.
