The Senior Compliance Manager- Compliance Risk Management, is responsible for driving certain elements of Nelnet Bank's Compliance Management System. This role oversees the Bank's compliance advisory, compliance training, and complaint management programs. This role reports to and will collaborate closely with the Bank's Chief Compliance Officer and will also work closely with the Bank's Compliance Testing team and other cross-functional teams at the Bank and its affiliates. The Senior Compliance Manager is also responsible for effectively communicating the compliance methodology and results to Nelnet Bank associates, management, regulators, and auditors. The Senior Compliance Manager will play a key role in executing, developing, and maturing the Bank's compliance management system.
Bachelor's Degree in related field. Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification or a related certification preferred.
