ARRT - Lead Multi-Modality Radiologic Technologist

MLR Healthcare is seeking a qualified Multi-Modality Rad Tech to lead a team of rad techs at a premier healthcare facility located in the heart of Central Illinois, dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and advanced medical services. Our hospital is looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Multi-Modality Technologist to oversee our imaging department and ensure the highest quality of diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Perform and oversee diagnostic imaging procedures across various modalities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
  • Work closely with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide outstanding diagnostic services.
  • Offer training and support to staff, fostering professional growth and development.

    • Qualifications :

  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with advanced certifications in multiple modalities.
  • Valid state license to practice in Illinois (IEMA).
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
