As the Event and Meeting Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of events while ensuring a welcoming and hospitable experience. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about event coordination. In this role, you will assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and food service planning while working closely with internal teams. An ideal candidate has an interest in employee engagement and planning diverse events to elevate company culture and foster employee collaboration. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to ensure the smooth execution of events and daily food programs.

On Site : This role is based on-site, offering the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with team members in a dynamic and engaging work environment. Being physically present allows for seamless teamwork and direct access to resources that support your success. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $40,000 and USD $68,400 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
