Manager, Systems Specialist Operations (Global Payment Network) This is an exciting opportunity to partner with world class professionals to solve real business problems while acting as a liaison between IT and our lines of business. In this role, you will be a valuable source of support through forecasting, in depth analysis, and reporting. You will be responsible for analyzing data to provide top notch recommendations, and enabling teams to meet their operational goals. You will also be responsible for application system and process management initiatives, and for ensuring applications are in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and in accordance to the platform design. In addition, you will have the opportunity to troubleshoot complex and interesting applications, monitor system performance, and identify enhancements to give our customers the best experience in the industry. Riverwoods, IL : $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager,Systems Specialist Ops McLean, VA : $146,100 - $166,700 for Manager,Systems Specialist Ops Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
