Job overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our worldwide recruiting function. This role is critical to achieving our growth plans, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent to fuel business success. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the global talent acquisition strategy, scaling processes and systems, driving operational excellence, and elevating our employer brand.

A core priority will be building world-class recruiting capability for go-to-market (GTM) functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships).
