[job_card.job_description]Develop and maintain a robust book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts Generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, networking, and off-site client meetings Manage renewals and ensure a high retention rate Collaborate with internal teams to pre-qualify accounts and provide tailored insurance solutions Work with a diverse range of industries, including construction, amusement, real estate, and other generalist lines Utilize AMS360 software to quote and manage new and renewal business Minimum of 5 years of experience as a successful Commercial Lines Producer, with a focus on middle to large market accounts Previous experience with middle market premiums is required Proven track record of longevity and consistent production in previous roles Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network effectively Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events
