As a Sales Recruiter , you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for top-tier sales talent-from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. What You'll Do :

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles (SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Ops)
  • Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, social platforms, and referrals
  • Screen for selling skills, quota performance, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate structured interviews with hiring managers and sales leaders
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Build ongoing talent pipelines and track market trends for competitive advantage

    • What We're Looking For :

  • 3-7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on sales roles
  • Proven success hiring quota-carrying talent
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms
  • Ability to assess selling skills through targeted interviews
  • Preferred : Experience in high-growth environments, familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), and TA certifications
