A local call center is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers with ordering product, and communicating throughout the order process and completion. Qualified Customer Service Representatives will be dependable, passionate about meeting goals, and have a positive attitude.

Customer Service Representative Job Highlights:

• First shift - no nights!
• 8-hour shift Monday-Friday between the operating hours of 6am-6pm
• 2 6-hour Saturday shifts required per month
• $16/hour
• Evaluation-to-hire means the company wants you long-term!
• No face-to-face customer interaction
• Comfortable work environment including your own workstation
• Company provided lunch once a month

What you will be doing:

• Handle incoming calls with care and diligence
• Consult with customers to provide accurate and affordable solutions
• Guide customers through the ordering process including responding to insurance inquiries and coverage
• Process transactions
• Schedule orders
• Follow-through in order completion and progress
• Communication between customer and vendors
• Achieve individual and team goals
• Other duties as required

What they are looking for:

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills as well as written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Accurate spelling and grammar skills
• Excellent computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and trained programs
• Bilingual in Spanish is desired
