Responsibilities :
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions while asking clarifying questions to address their concerns.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer grievances and enhance the overall service experience.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, guidelines, and applicable regulations in all customer interactions.
- Communicate potential workflow or service disruptions to leadership to maintain operational efficiency.
- Continuously expand knowledge of company processes and transactions to improve service delivery.
- Assist other departments with customer-related tasks as needed to support organizational goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes.
- Remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, concentrating on achieving positive resolutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 applications and the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary software systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts effectively while avoiding repeated mistakes.
- Capability to read and understand basic instructions, memos, and correspondence.
- Proven ability to remain composed and attentive to details in stressful situations.
- Bilingual proficiency, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
