Hours : 30 hours / week (Monday–Friday, 9 : 00am–3 : 30pm, term time only)

Pay Scale : Scale 2, Points 3–4

About the Role

This Primary School is seeking amitted and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive and creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across Early Years, KS1, and KS2 in a nurturing environment that values teamwork, innovation, and child-centred learning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, ensuring access to learning and emotional wellbeing
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the curriculum and individual needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Foster strong relationships with children, staff, and parents to promote a culture of trust and inclusion
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through creative input and team initiatives
