THE POSITION :
Director Environmental Compliance will oversee and provide direction on all elements of environmental management and compliance from land acquisition through data center operations. The role will support numerous stakeholders throughout the life cycle of STACKs data centers. As a subject matter expert in environmental compliance the successful candidate will be an effective communicative leader dedicated to collaboration and will excel in coordination project management and environmental strategy. The position will report directly to the Vice President Environment Health & Safety and be an integral part of the EHS team.
- 12 15 years experience with environmental management.
- Proficient with the management of multiple environmental consultants supporting due diligence remediation permitting and compliance programs.
- Experience in Title V air permitting is desired.
- Must have working knowledge in a wide variety of environmental disciplines including Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments noise studies SWPPP SPCC Tier II.
- Must be able to develop scopes of work coordinate 3

party consulting bids manage projects review environmental reports and deliverables and advise senior leadership on appropriate environmental strategies.
