At Places You’ll Go Therapy, we offer highly flexible schedules. Are you looking for a small caseload to supplement your income or do you desire a full-time caseload? Give us the days, times, and cities you are interested in, and we will accommodate your caseload accordingly. We are looking for YOU to join our team!   • Part time as low as 12 sessions / week Full time requires a commitment of 25 sessions / week

About Us : Places You’ll Go Therapy has a vision to become a leading provider of healthcare services, specializing in home health. Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. We are committed to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Our team of dedicated professionals strives to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Position Overview : We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, with the additional option to provide supervision of SLPAs. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective speech therapy services.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' speech therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Provide supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (if desired)

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Article 9 Certification
