Position Highlights

• General Hematology / Oncology
• Schedule : 4 clinical days + 1 admin day
• Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Call : 1 : 4-1 : 5, mostly phone-based
• Volume : 14-16 patients per day (60- and 30-minute appointments)
• Support Team : 2 HEM / ONC, 1 NP, 2 RAD ONC's, full-time infusion nurses, and research staff
• Growing to a Team of 4 HEM ONC's
• Research Program : 11 active trials with a goal of 22 accruals annually (Breast, GI, GU, Head & Neck, Hem, Lung)
• Technology : Transitioning from Cerner to Epic (Sept 2026); Abridge AI and Dragon dictation in use
• Environment : Highly collaborative, team-oriented group with strong administrative and academic backing. Excellent retention!
