• ? Shift : Monday–Friday, 2 : 30 PM – 11 : 00 PM

What’s a typical day as a Coating Operator? You will :

Apply silicone, non-silicone, and adhesive coatings to films or laminates according to work orders and customer specifications.

Operate various coating machines, using hand tools and hydraulic lifts for setup, loading, and unloading materials.

Perform equipment checks, verify machine settings (temperature, airflow, speed, threading), and ensure coating consistency.

Conduct visual inspections and basic quality testing to confirm product compliance with standards.

Record materials and production data in the QAD system for accurate inventory management.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles.

Assist with machinery setup, breakdown, and preventive maintenance as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have :

A high school diploma or GED , or equivalent experience.

12–18 months of coating machine or manufacturing experience to work independently.

Ability to lift / move up to 70 lbs. (and up to 200 lbs. with assistance).

Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and basic math and computer skills.

Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, mechanical parts, and moderate-to-loud noise levels.
