This is a hybrid role. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

About the Role

Join our Developer Productivity Team and play a key role in shaping the future of how we build and deliver software. As a Senior Software Engineer to Software Engineer 2, you will focus on creating tools, automation, and infrastructure that enhance the productivity of our development teams. You will work on improving developer workflows, reducing manual processes, and ensuring a seamless development experience across the organization. Your expertise in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), full‑stack development (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python), and infrastructure will be critical in driving productivity initiatives.

Base Salary Range

Senior Software Engineer : $180,000 - $200,000

Staff Software Engineer : $210,000 - $235,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
