The ideal candidate for this position will have :

• Demonstrates ability in business attraction, retention and expansion of business prospects
• Demonstrates experience in sales and marketing
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative ideas to spur economic development growth
• Experience preparing detailed analysis and technical information
• Strong pitching skills (part of the outreach includes cold calls)
• Demonstrates ability to develop strategic partnerships and work with internal departments, regional partners and the business community.
