Key Responsibilities
Lead market intelligence and strategy to track industry trends and regulatory shifts
Drive product innovation and growth by assessing the portfolio and managing product development
Shape financial and pricing strategy in collaboration with finance to ensure profitability and client value
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field
7+ years in health insurance, managed pharmacy, or related industries
7+ years in product development using agile and waterfall methodologies
Proven experience in product strategy and management within healthcare or pharmacy sectors
Deep understanding of regulatory environments and payer dynamics
