Responsibilities
- Plan and design of water / wastewater projects
- Projects may include designs of wastewater collection system sewers, lift stations, force mains, treatment facilities, booster stations, and / or studies of wastewater and water systems
- Coordinate with B&N project teams, internally and externally
- Participate in business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management
- Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process
- Promote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture
- Maintain quality control of services and deliverables
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Ecological Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering programProfessional Engineer (PE) registration required in Virginia; or ability to register through reciprocity8+ years of experience; Minimum of 5 years of related water / wastewater experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office required, experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, and / or hydraulic modeling software is a plusSelf-motivated and adaptableExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment Project management experience a plusTreatment process knowledge and experience is a plusOUR BENEFITS
