Pay : $45- 49 / hr on W2

Client : YesCare Corp

Shift : 9.00 am 5.00pm (with 30 mins break)- Thursday through Sunday coverage 9am -5pm

JOB SUMMARY

Provides evidence-based behavioral health services as a member of the multi-disciplinary clinical team.

JOB DUTIES

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy psychodynamic therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients including those experiencing PTSD addiction issues or behavioral health challenges.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and management strategies to support clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations including intake forms progress notes and treatment summaries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients in home and community settings.
• Engage in clinical research activities as needed to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and data collection related to patient care.
• Provide education and support to families regarding mental health issues treatment options and community resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a masters level license (LCSW LMSW)

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution; LCSW or LMSW licensure required

Active AHA BLS.

Must have Covid card and FLU Vaccinated
