Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable Assembler to join our dynamic team in Beverly, MA. If you have a passion for electronics and enjoy working with your hands, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a Cable Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality cable assemblies, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Soldering experience is a must, as you will be working with various components and wiring.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and solder cable assemblies according to specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Document assembly processes and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics is a plus.
  • Proven experience in cable assembly and soldering.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
