This Office Administrator role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical part in customer service, internal coordination, and administrative support across production, accounting, and management teams.

Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Pay Rate : $24.00 / hour
- Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities :
Answer phones, greet customers, and provide professional customer serviceSet up jobs and enter work orders into company systemsMaintain accurate filing, records, and office organizationGenerate purchase orders and assist with material sourcing and inventory trackingCommunicate with customers regarding job status, pickups, and deliveriesAssist accounting with invoicing, collections follow-ups, and payment processingSupport production, estimating, job costing, and scheduling as neededAssist with walk-in customers, order pickups, training coordination, and safety schedulingPerform general administrative duties as assignedQualifications :
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Comfortable learning company software and ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and basic math aptitudeProfessional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
