Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care, primarily to a geriatric population, using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will play a critical role in guiding patient care, coordinating with ancillary personnel, and maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice.\n\nResponsibilities : \nPatient Care Delivery : Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department, focusing on urgent and critical needs.^Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.^Prioritize and manage multiple patient cases in a fast-paced environment.^Team Collaboration & Leadership : Direct and guide activities of ancillary personnel to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.^Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.^Patient & Family Education : Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions.^Advocate for patient needs and ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.^Compliance & Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.^Adhere to all hospital protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
