Are you highly organized and great at keeping multiple moving pieces on track? As a Service Coordinator , you'll be the hub that keeps our service department running smoothly. Every day is different - you'll juggle scheduling, coordinating shipments, and ensuring customers get the fast, reliable service they depend on.

Your work keeps our technicians productive, our customers happy, and our business thriving.

What You'll Do

Be the go-to contact for customers in your territory.

Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians and contractors.

Order parts, equipment, and products to support service calls.

Keep projects on track - from initial request through invoicing.

Review completed jobs, analyze profitability, and make improvements.

Communicate daily with customers, sales reps, and the service team.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in customer service, scheduling / dispatching, or administrative support (field service experience is a plus).

Strong multitasking skills - you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with technology.
