Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Financial Support :
Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions
Assist with data entryMaintain an organized and confidential filing system for all financial documents.Administrative Support :Provide excellent customer service, including answering and directing phone calls and greeting visitors.
Assist with various project tasks and perform database entry.Qualifications & Skills
Required :Proven prior experience in bookkeeping or an accounts admin role.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate skills are essential).Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and as a positive team player.Integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.Benefits : great team with work with, set your own schedule (20-24) hours per week.This is a 4 to 6 month assignment but could go longer#INDJEFF
