Overview of Business Analyst :

Gather requirements and assess business processes

Assist with implementation of new ERP system

Provide user support by guiding and troubleshooting of issues

Change management review and make recommendations on more efficient business processes

Communicate with IT and business unit on technical steps needed to ensure smooth implementation

Qualifications of Business Analyst :

3+ years of business analytics expertise

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration

Strong ERP knowledge

Implementation experience

Knowledge / experience with multiple technologies - SQL, Python, etc.
