A company is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager II to manage and drive email communications for their user base.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize engagement campaigns targeting new and active audiences

Manage the CRM platform, including designing and launching automated email, SMS, and push notification campaigns

Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization and A / B testing

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with major CRM / marketing automation platforms

Strong understanding of data structures and segmentation logic

Experience with API integrations and webhooks

Proficiency in HTML / CSS for email template development

Familiarity with scripting languages for advanced personalization
