Pharmacy Technician

Phone support- Communicates with patients and physician office staff to resolve issues, coordinate medication deliveries, collect co-payments, answer questions, triage calls to appropriate departments as needed. Inbound calls should be handled using first call resolution customer service practices.

Must be licensed or registered with the BOP. PTCB preferred

Monday through Friday

Shift options :

1 at 9 am to 5 : 30 pm EST

2 at 9 : 30 am to 6 pm EST

3 at 10 : 30 am to 7 pm EST

1 at 11 am to 730 pm EST

1 at 11 : 30 am to 8 pm EST

1 weekday / weekend position - Monday thru Wednesday at 10 : 30 am to 7 pm + Sat / Sun at 9 am to 5 : 30 pm EST

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00 / hr.
