Key Responsibilities
Lead complex fiscal and compliance requests within the Procurement Shared Services Center
Update and improve business processes by analyzing current practices
Serve as a content expert and liaison for complex expense inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least four years of experience in a business administration role, financial or procurement environment
At least two years of customer service and problem-solving experience
Experience in reviewing business transactions in a financial management system (preferably Workday)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
