CNA - In Home Care

Overview

Our In-Home Health Mobile Unit team in the Treasure Valley is looking for a compassionate and adaptable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Apprentice who wants to make a difference—using their clinical skills outside the traditional healthcare setting.

What You Can Expect

Schedule : Full-time (1.0 FTE), Monday–Thursday between 7 : 00 AM–3 : 30 PM or 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM , and Fridays 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM .

Please note : schedules may vary based on patient and team needs.

Additional Coverage : Includes on-call, weekend, and rotating holiday responsibilities.

Dual Role : This position combines mobile phlebotomy and aide duties through a close partnership with our Lab Department. You’ll receive training and ongoing support to build your skills in both areas.

Environment : Care is delivered in community and home settings —not within a traditional facility. This role requires comfort working semi-autonomously under the guidance of leaders and the interdisciplinary team.

Other Requirements :

Use of a personal vehicle or fleet car

Ability to adapt to changing environments and weather conditions

Strong organization, time management, and technology skills

Qualifications

Education : No minimum education required

Experience : At least 6 months of related experience

Licenses / Certifications :

Current CNA certification in the state of practice or a Nurse Apprentice letter

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
