[job_card.job_description]Three years or more of drain technician experience Flexible availability Ability to handle heavy equipment Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
