• PROFILE REVIEW+MANAGER INTERVIEW- # of suites / labs : 2 labs- #cases per day on average : 5-10- Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Inpatient, outpatient, and emergent, Stroke Thrombectomy, Embolizations, Lines, Tubes, Visceral, Para, Thora, flouro, etc. No CT or US for techs- Job Duties : Panning and scrubbing- Experience or 'Must have' scrubbing experience - EMR / and Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm- Interventionalist hours / on MD In house 24 / 7 MD, IR always available, on call after hours- Is there a manager / Charge Nurse on each shift? Team Lead there and working in the lab, supervisor Courtney and lead to sign time cards, - Shifts & M-F, Team scheduling, posted 17 days prior- Weeknight / Call days per week 730-4 if on call- Weekend / Call third weekend on call- Holiday / Call other- What is call response time? 30 minutes - Floating Requirements : radiology pre / post requirements - Scrub Color / Dress Codeprovided- How many shifts of unit / department specific orientation?one week- classroom and lab- Additional NotesLead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoesRadius Rule : 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.Updated : 2 / 13 / 2024 Cancellation Policy : 4 shifts per contract; 3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Level : 2 Care Shift 730a-4p + call 1-2 days per week & every 3rd week on call ACLS, BLS, Radiation Badge requirement.
