Project Superintendent (Construction)

Description

HPM is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent based out of our Anchorage AK office. This position is responsible for managing HPMs field / craft personnel and subcontractors on a project. The successful candidate should be capable of being the lead superintendent on a $15M project / element of a project.

Pay : $130000 - $155000 annually DOE plus a company truck

Duties and Responsibilities :

Safety

• Sets the tone for Project Safety
• Assists Project Superintendent with implementation and enforcement of HPM and project specific safety plans
• Ensure all operations have a current hazard analysis
• Leads periodic safety walks
• Mentors field engineers on safety culture and protocols
