The Medical Education Coordinator – Fellowship Program, Anesthesia plays a pivotal role in advancing the excellence of TriHealth’s Graduate Medical Education (GME) enterprise. Reporting directly to the Administrative Director, Medical Education—and working in close collaboration with Program Directors, the Designated Institutional Official (DIO), and the GME Office—this position strengthens and streamlines the administrative, operational, and compliance frameworks that support high‑quality physician training. We’re excited to begin recruiting for this role now, with an expected start date in mid-April 2026. This allows time for a thorough hiring process and a strong onboarding experience aligned with program timelines.
As a central liaison among leadership, faculty, residents, and institutional partners, the coordinator champions professional communication, process accuracy, data integrity, and administrative efficiency. The role demands advanced organizational capability, confidentiality, and technological proficiency—including budget support, residency management systems, and MS Office expertise—to ensure smooth program function and alignment with TriHealth’s mission of delivering outstanding medical education.

Minimum Job Requirements :
Associate’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Education (Required).2–3 years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) experience and knowledge of accreditation standards (Required).Strong communication, organizational skills, and professionalism.Proficiency in MS Office and residency management software; understanding of budgets and confidential data handling.Position Details

Job Responsibilities :
Collaborates with appropriate parties to assure GME Program meets or exceeds all accreditation requirements - serves as primary support of program; assists with overall GME orientation / on-boarding; coordinates program specific on-boarding; utilizing knowledge of requirements. Organizes and maintains files required for ACGME and / or other accreditation, medical licensure and trainee memberships; preparing reports / forms required for accreditation; coordinating any reviews of the GME program and assisting with budget and G / L oversight; maintain ongoing communication with GME Office regarding accreditation of program.Fulfills other program administrative responsibilities - prepare and participate in necessary meetings (. GMEC, CCC, PEC); track faculty data required by GME Office and / or ACGME; serve a program liaison for communications from GME Office, PD, ACGME and other relevant groups; demonstrate necessary teamwork, communication and professionalism skills to work with other coordinator / staff in Medical Education, TriHealth Departments and outside organizations.Gathers and maintains resident data as a super-user of residency management system; collects and maintains resident data and records (. rotation schedules, procedure logs, duty hours, demographics, ; creates and distributes resident / faculty evaluations; schedules trainees for education courses (. case reviews, didactics, ITE, APLS, procedural sedation, ; ensure program surveys are completed, provide accurate and timely trainee information and documentation for cost report auditing, assist with completion of outside credentialing for trainee, when applicable.Manages and screens trainee applications, coordinate all aspects of interviews; communicate with potential applicants and faculty interviewing regarding interview details; utilizing ERAS software; update FREIDA and other relevant data sourcesOther Related Information :
