A company is looking for a Sr. HR Analytics Consultant to drive workforce planning and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders to define HR Analytics strategy and support human capital decisions
Develop and enhance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to provide insights into organizational performance
Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members and translating business needs into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of experience in HR analytics and workforce planning
Proven expertise in labor market trends and HR technology systems
Experience in mentoring and guiding team members
No prior supervisory experience required
