HR Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an HR Instructional Designer (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments to align development materials with customer needs and business performance gaps

Design and build assessments and multimedia solutions to measure effectiveness and enhance learning experiences

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create quality training materials that adhere to compliance and instructional design principles

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional design, or a related field

Two years of experience applying instructional design techniques to create learning materials

Master's degree preferred

Detailed knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
