Scope of work:

• Greet customers and schedule appointments
• Understand customers' needs and dispatch work to the appropriate technicians
• Order parts and deal with vendors
• Various administrative and customer service activities

Qualifications of Service Advisor/Writer:

A positive attitude, exceptional communication and people skills and prior experience as a service writer/advisor in the heavy-line industry. A valid Driver's License is required.
