Position Summary :

The Division of Radiologic Science is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide support on-campus to the division director and assist with administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Providing administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, filing, or scheduling assistance.
• Supporting faculty with general program tasks as needed
• General support and execution of administrative office functions for Division Director
• Recording minutes of monthly Radiologic Science faculty meetings and other meetings, as needed.
• Assistance with recruitment activities and communications.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Related administrative experience.
