Job Brief - AmpUp Account Executive

We are currently looking to hire a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and be responsible for driving revenue and customer growth by discovering qualifying building relationships negotiating and onboarding new clients.

Location : Remote

Company : AmpUp (offices in Santa Clara CA Hartford CT)

Reports to : CRO

Main Responsibilities of Account Executive (AE)

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Providing close sales support to our Sales Channel and Distribution teams
  • Delivering monthly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities generated by your Sales Development (SDR) colleagues as well as your own prospecting
  • Nurturing prospective clients through the full sales process from product demonstration to trial and close
  • Building and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales and post-sales cycles
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to understand the clients EV charging requirements including uptime energy resilience emissions reduction priority markets and sustainability goals
  • Contributing to the growth and development of our product by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects
  • Engaging with the Sales and business leadership to coordinate marketing and sales activities
  • Updating the CRM database (Hubspot) to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups

Key Requirements

  • At least 4 years of prior experience in full-cycle sales selling B2B SaaS with an exceptional track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing Finance or a related field
  • You have experience in negotiating and closing SaaS deals of all sizes and managing complex sales cycles of 4-6 months.
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Hubspo).
  • You are results-driven tenacious and a strong team player.
