Director of Behavioral Systems Design

A company is looking for a Director of Behavioral Systems Design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the integration of cognitive and behavioral insights into system and experience design across the employee lifecycle

Map employee perceptions and decision-making processes within digital and organizational systems

Prototype and scale interventions to drive sustainable behavior change and develop closed-loop learning systems

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in behavioral systems design or applied behavioral research in complex environments

Track record of influencing strategy through cognitive and behavioral insights and experimentation

10+ years of experience in behavioral science, cognitive psychology, or related fields

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Behavioral Science, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or Systems Design
