The Senior Director, Strategic Projects is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving strategic execution, commercial transformation, and operational alignment across North America business. As a key member of the commercial leadership team, this individual partners directly with the SVP / GM to lead enterprise initiatives, optimize business performance, and accelerate decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic acumen, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable outcomes across commercial, service, and financial domains.

This position reports to the SVP / GM North America Commercial Operations and is part of the North America Commercial Leadership Team and is fully remote role.

The annual salary range for this role is $200,000-$260,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
