Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to cross train in different operations Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds without assistance; occasional up to 80 lbs. with or without assistance Ability and willingness to read and follow written and verbal instructions Pay rate : 1st Shift $19.00 30-minute lunch and 2 15-minute breaks 1st Shift 5 : 30am to 3 : 30pm (Overtime often required on Saturdays.) Moderate paced work

WorkSolved Staffing is hiring for Packagers on 1st Shift in the Walker area. These are temp-to-hire positions working for a local Steel Distribution facility. Opportunities for advancement right from the start, company promotes from within.
Job Responsibilities :
- Use a bander and poly strapping to package units of metal to wood skids.
- Train to use overhead crane.
- Safely operate machinery and where proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times
