POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking responsible, dependable, empowering self-starters with a desire to positively impact the lives of others. This position supports and assists adults with a developmental disability and / or mental illness in accomplishing their goals and meeting their daily needs, including medication administration, health, safety, hygiene, and wellness in residential settings. Full-time, Part-time, Weekend, and Relief shifts available.

SCHEDULE OPTIONS :

• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• 4-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• On call

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with a good driving record. (On occasion, a position may become available where driving is not necessary).

Ability to initiate and communicate effectively using positive, proactive language.

Technical and descriptive writing skills.

Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Proficient computer skills.

Reliable transportation.

PREFERENCES :

Experience and / or education in related field preferred but not required.
