Our switchboard operators at HSHS have a small window of time to make a wonderful impression with our patients. Operators provide welcoming, clear, and efficient communication that provides a critical bridge between our patients and their needs and start communication off with the highest level of customer service possible.

Education :

High School Diploma or GED - Required

Experience :

Switchboard - Preferred

Clerical - Required

Previous switchboard experience - Preferred

General office experience i.e. typing computer skills - Required.

Pay Range : $16.00 - $21.60

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
